Vetesys Limited (“Vetesys”) will take a final decision to accept or reject after reviewing the submitted application.
After accepting an application, Vetesys Limited will register the applicants with Vetesys Limited using the information provided by the applicant on the online application form provided by Vetesys Limited.
Vetesys Limited may get in touch with the applicant if further information is needed.
Vetesys Limited will conduct the trainings in online (and/or) offline mode. For this purpose, any online meeting software applications can be used according to the convenience of Vetesys Limited.
Vetesys Limited conducts online (and/or) offline trainings to a group of applicants at a time.
If an applicant is causing mischief in the training class or obstructing the training delivery of Vetesys Limited or an applicant uses curse words or racial slur and performs any illegal or unlawful activity during the training delivery, the applicant will be removed from the course and course fee will not be refunded.
Information filled by an applicant in the online application form provided by Vetesys Limited should be accurate.
Applicant should NOT provide wrong information in the online application form provided by Vetesys Limited.
Applicant agrees that by clicking on “Submit application form” and submitting the online application form provided by Vetesys Limited is considered to be digitally signed and no other physical sign by applicant is required.
Legal action will be taken against the spammers who deliberately provide wrong information which belongs to some other individuals without their consent on the online application form provided by Vetesys Limited.
Recording the screen of computer or mobile or any electronic device by applicant of any online training session provided by Vetesys Limited is NOT allowed and it is considered to be copyrights infringement. Vetesys Limited will take legal action on anyone who is involved in this particular copyrights infringement.
Vetesys Limited will NOT provide any electronic device (Mobile, Computer) for training purpose, it is applicant’s responsibility to make arrangements of any electronic devices, internet etc.,
Applicable referral bonus would be awarded only when referred students prepay the training fee.
If referrer wants to claim referral cashback, the referee should successfully make payment to Vetesys Limited. Referrer should raise the cashback request to Vetesys Limited’s mail address on website to receive cashback.
Any type of fee paid to Vetesys Limited for the purpose of training or any service provided by Vetesys Limited will NOT be refunded to the applicant under any circumstances.
If the applicant’s internet bandwidth is weak, Vetesys Limited is not responsible for delays or obstruction in the training course delivery.
It is mandatory for applicant to turn on their video on online meeting software at all times during the online training provided by Vetesys Limited.
Vetesys Limited has the right to take screenshots with the faces of all the online meeting attendees/applicants which will show the face of all applicants.
Vetesys Limited has the right to record online meeting sessions which will show the face of all applicants.
Depending on the circumstances during the training course given by Vetesys Limited, Vetesys Limited has the right to increase or decrease the training course duration at any given time even though when a duration was initially agreed between applicant and Vetesys Limited.
The terms and conditions provided here by Vetesys Limited may be updated at any time and it is the responsibility of the applicant to check the updated terms and conditions on website and be aware of the terms and conditions of Vetesys Limited. Privacy Policy
